Insurance
I currently accept Aetna and Optum insurance. Because every plan is different, it is important to call and verify your mental health coverage, deductible and/or copay and co-insurance.
Out-of-Network Benefits
Many health insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits for psychological services, which entitles you to reimbursement for a percentage of the fee. You can opt to receive a monthly invoice to send to your insurance company to process your claim. If you are unsure of your benefits, please contact your insurance provider to clarify the details of your policy before getting started.
Rates
Please contact me with any questions regarding fees for service or insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time that services are provided. I accept HSA/credit/debit cards and Venmo. I also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to accommodate financial need.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notification. Charges for late cancellations or missed appointments are not billable to insurance. Therefore you will need to pay for the missed appointment in full before or at the time of your next session.
